Chargers Park-Time For A Change

Chargers Park was once a place where neither the players nor the staff wanted to leave at the end of the work day, but it seems just the opposite: workers want to finish their jobs and leave by 5 pm, thanks to Mr Smith who refuses to listen to anybody and has made Mr Norv Turner a scapegoat .It's high time now that Mr Turner take the reins in his hand and appoints a new coach for the upliftment of the chargers, then only can Dean Spanos begin to see his team’s fortunes change for the better.

The General Manager Mr A J Smith has been running the show for a very long time. A change is need for the better, as Mr Smith has been notorious for antagonizing his team’s players, particularly ones who have upcoming contract negotiations. Mr Turner needs to urgently look into this and for the betterment of the company, Turner can only do so much if he doesn't have the players to work with. Turner is too preoccupied with running his offense to effectively be a head coach. He will surely benefit from hiring an offensive coordinator that he can entrust the play calling duties for the betterment of the chargers.

Mr Smith has ruined the careers of many prominent players like Tomlinson ,Darren Sproles, who became one of the most dynamic players in The League, and Vincent Jackson, one of the most feared receivers in all of football. Smith, who was in charge, did early everything in his power to drive them both away. The atmosphere in the Murphy Canyon facility is toxic because Smith rules with an iron fist. T he league needs someone who will create a more positive atmosphere and not someone who has poisoned the entire franchise.
