Maine Lobsterama in New York -- where here?

This year saw a giant harvest of Maine lobsters on the East Coast -- the lobstermen have been good conservationists, while the overfished cod that used to prey on the "bugs" are scanty. Hence, low-priced lobsters. In New York City, about a dozen food-trucks, pop-ups, and casual eateries are featuring lobster roll sandwiches this summer (of varying quality, of course). I've never loved the classic version (with commercial mayo on a hot-dog bun), but the "Connecticut" rendition with hot butter -- oh, yes! The best of them still aren't cheap -- $25 for a six-ounce roll at some classy joint -- down to $8 at a non-classy one.

If you know of good lobster rolls locally, chime in and let us hear from you!
