An option: Chargers stay, Qualcomm gets facelift
San Diego should consider selling the land to potential buyers. Then San Diego would be able to receive that money for infrastructure needs. With the yearly property tax along with sales and tourism tax that the stadium would bring from all of the events that would be scheduled, San Diego would have a better financial outlook and less overhead, if the money is used correctly.
