Indian Cuisine 101
Indian cuisine is my favorite of all the cuisines in the whole wide world. I have tried Indian food all over the world.Since I am living in San Diego, so I have tried all the Indian restaurants in the Gas lamp and neighboring areas. When Royal India opened last year I thought it is going to be a regular, Just another Indian restaurant but I was really impressed after tasting their food. I have been regular at Royal India ever since. I read Naomi Wise's editorial and was truly disappointed and could not disagree more with some of the contents. Chicken Tikka Masala is one of my favorite dishes at Royal India and in the past two years I have never been disappointed with any of their dishes. The Food at Royal India are as authentic as it gets. Good job Royal India. FYI: NAOMI SAMOSA IS NEVER EVER BAKED IN ANY OF THE RESTAURANTS, ITS ALWAYS FRIED.— September 10, 2008 12:34 p.m.
