Pavaraga Espresso Bar

Order coffee island-style at the shop of this family roasting company that goes back five generations and a hundred years in Hawaii. Brewing methods include espresso, pour over, cold brew, and siphon, and there are usually around eight coffees to choose from, each grown in different microclimates — either on one of the company's 50 farms, or growing wild in the Hawaiian rainforest. Finally, you may add one of many premium milk or diary substitutes, house-made syrups including white chocolate, Hawaiian salted caramel, or coconut-based haupia.
