Duck Foot Brewing Company

The spacious and hospitable Duck Foot brewery and tasting room caters to beer geeks and local after-work professionals just like any other craft producer in the neighborhood. The only difference is that these beers may safely be imbibed by gluten-intolerant, even those diagnosed with celiac. The beers are made using barley and/or wheat like any other traditional beer, then treated with special enzymes that devour nearly all trace of gluten without affecting taste.
