Beer fans will come to sample whatever’s pouring from the 30 taps. It’s mostly local brews. Others might recognize the basic formula for a New England fish house, e.g. the strategic use of dinghies and buoys, the presence of chowder in bread bowls, and the predilection to fry fish and serve it with fries, er, sorry, we mean chips. The designers made full use of a generous patio, which commands loads of prime real estate along Adams Avenue. Buck-a-shuck oysters during happy hour are a good deal no matter which way you slurp them, but the rest of the menu comes off as a bit on the steep side for fried seafood and sandwiches.
