Local reservoirs indicate water shortages

Flying over San Diego County's various reservoirs on the morning of February 14 at about 1500' above each, it's easy to see that the water levels are not where they should be at this time of the season. The dams should be barely visible.

Don't most car washes these days recycle their water?

Lake Henshaw never has much water in it, as the authorities have been worried for years about the dam's ability to hold back water.
