Affordable Yoga

For an entire year I practiced yoga consistently, taking two to four classes per week. But summer tends to be a time of low income for writers, lecturers, students, and fresh graduates. “It’s expensive,” a late twenty-something friend told me. “I only go if it’s free or discounted.”

Yoga classes cost $15 or more per class and the discounts don't occur until classes are bought in bulk (10, 20, or unlimited per month/year). But not everyone can afford classes in bulk.

Here is a schedule of free and discounted yoga classes around San Diego. See you in class!

  • Monday through Friday at 1:30 p.m.—hour-long classes for $10.
