Pizzaiolos (the ones who make pizza and only pizza all day long) will guide participants through this hands-on class to master the art of pizza neapolitana, down to the dough. Be ready to toss some dough and tip back some wine during this fun and informative cheese-filled cooking adventure. Participants take home their pizza, a ball of dough to use at home and a certified Pizzaiolo t-shirt. The November 19 class will exclusively feature gluten free crust.
