Here’s your chance to experience a hands-on pizza-making lesson and learn about the history of authentic “Neapolitan style” pizza that Buona Forchetta is known for. The restaurant’s pizzaioli will teach you how to make the dough from scratch, so get ready to get your hands dirty. Guests will learn how to spread the dough, choose toppings and use the Italian hand-built wood fired ovens. We’ll be tossing the dough, blending toppings and tipping back prosecco during this fun and informative cooking adventure. You’ll go home with your own pizza, an extra dough ball to use at home and a “Buona Forchetta Certified Pizzaiolo” T-shirt.
