Interview with journalist E.J. Dionne and Dr. Dean Nelson at PLNU. E.J. Dionne is a long-time journalist and columnist for the Washington Post and a political commentator on National Public Radio. He writes widely on the intersection of faith and politics. His most recent book is "One Nation After Trump: A Guide for the Perplexed, the Disillusioned, the Desperate and the Not-Yet Deported." Other books include "Souled Out: Reclaiming Faith and Politics After the Religious Right," "Our Divided Political Heart: The Battle for the American Idea in an Age of Discontent" and "Why Americans Hate Politics." Dionne has a doctorate from Oxford University as well as a degree from Harvard. He teaches government at Georgetown University and is a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution.
