The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate's (BMC) next installment of the Breakfast at the BMC Lecture Series, will highlight PwC and Urban Land Institute's Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2019 report. Mitch Roschelle, partner and real estate advisory leader at PwC, will deliver the highly anticipated report, now in its 40th year. The Emerging Trends in Real Estate® report is the oldest and most highly regarded annual industry outlook for the real estate and land use industry. Learn where to invest, which sectors and markets offer the best prospects, and discover trends in the capital markets that will affect real estate in the coming year. The Breakfast at the BMC Lecture Series was launched by the BMC in 2007 to showcase extraordinary real estate leaders and to address current issues that affect the real estate industry. Past speakers include philanthropist Ernest Rady, former MLB Commissioner Peter Ueberroth, JMI Realty’s John Kratzer and Janet Yellen, former chair of the Federal Reserve.
