Mitch Roschelle, partner and real estate advisory leader at PwC, will deliver the highly anticipated report, now in its 40th year. The Emerging Trends in Real Estate® report is the oldest and most highly regarded annual industry outlook for the real estate and land use industry. The Breakfast at the BMC Lecture Series was launched by the BMC in 2007 to showcase extraordinary real estate leaders and to address current issues that affect the real estate industry.
