Cultured Dairy & Eggnog Workshop

Learn about probiotic-rich, cultured dairy foods such as kefir, yogurt, and cheeses. And because it's the Holidays, we will serve a special treat: cultured eggnog! This class will teach you how to turn cow and goat's milk into more nutritious and healthy food! In the class, we will: Discuss food fermentation and its many benefits Sample and show you how to make various probiotic-rich dairy foods such as kefir, yogurt, simple cheeses, and of course, eggnog! Make and take home a bottle of kefir with the starter culture We will also have boozy eggnog available to our guests 21 and older!
