L’Auberge Del Mar’s spectacular Easter Brunch offers guests an extravagant array of traditional breakfast and lunch offerings highlighting the chefs’ contemporary takes the best local foods. There’s even a special table for the little ones. On THE LIGHTER SIDE will be fruit, yogurt, muffins, breakfast breads and donuts. HOT BREAKFAST ITEMS include Eggs Benedict, Spring Quiche, Omelette Station with “Eggs Your Way” and more. There will be a SEAFOOD STATION and a CHEESE STATION, as well as SALADS such as White and Green Asparagus, Radicchio and Grapefruit, Little Gem Salad and Assorted Deviled Eggs. PASTA offerings are Mushroom and English Pea Risotto and House Made Crab Cavatelli with Charred Leek Cream. The CARVED specialties are Dry Aged Santa Carota Beef and Salmon en Croute. Everyone’s favorite BRUNCH ITEMS IN CAST IRONS includes Arctic Char, Cook Farm Pork and Lamb Osso Buco, all with accompaniments. DESSERTS are ooh la la: Mignardise, Assorted Gelées, Chocolate Barks, Pastel Macaroons, Carrot Cupcakes, Vanilla Nest Cupcakes with Robin’s Eggs, Dipped Peeps, a Crème Brûlée station and many other delights. $90 per adult; $30 for children under 12, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
