Understanding the 5 Element Theory of Chinese Medicine

This class will show how to choose foods and herbs based on the five elements: Metal, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Special emphasis is given to lifestyle and creating elemental food combinations that are congruent with life goals. By understanding the 5 Elements we can use them to both prevent and treat many imbalances.
