GQHF Historian, Sandee Wilhoit, will share her research into a part of Davis-Horton House history, when a German spy set up operations in the attic. German officer Karl Offer used the attics vantage point to watch and report on the movement of the American Pacific Fleet in San Diego Bay. Learn the story of Karl Offer and the Davis-Horton House’s place in espionage history.
