Diners can take a culinary journey through Europe, no passport required. The French restaurant is continuing the journey through the Midi Pyrenees “Tolouse” region of France. French master chef Patrick Ponsaty is launching the fourth menu of the series. Travel to this area through chef Patrick’s menu that highlights the rich cuisine and culture celebrated in the Midi Pyrenees Country. The bill of fare includes Foie Gras Terrine, foie gras terrine and gizzard salad; Cassoulet Toulousain, white bean stew with cuck confit and pork sausage; and Huitres Chaudes Au Sabayon Sauternes.
