We're celebrating culture with our running series: Tamale Tuesday! With a focus on Mayan, Aztecan, and Incan cultures, we're introducing you to the who, what, when, and why of this traditional dish. We'll be exploring how tamales travelled through North, Central, and South American homes and were shaped as they moved from house-to-house. Each part of this dish from the fillings to the cheeses to the sauces have been shaped from the lands they herald from. We'll go over the nuances so that you will have the ability to whip together dishes that are as unique as the regions they snag their inspiration from. Chef Daniela will use her expertise and familiarity with the dishes to make you feel right at home. Sharing her skills and knowledge will be an opportunity to bring delight as you take these recipes and make them for your own friends and family.
