Francisco Carrau is the winemaker at Bodegas Carrau in Uruguay. Master Sommelier Evan Goldstein named Francisco a "Uruguayan Game Changer" in his book, Wines of South America.



Francisco will describe wines of Uruguay, their gravity flow winery (the first in South America), and DNA research he is conducting on the Tannat grape.
