Tijuana, BC - On the World Day to Fight against the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, the health sector in Baja California carried out several activities aimed at informing and preventing the so-called suffering and sexual contagion that impacts the world.

The delegation of the Red Cross warned on the world day of the fight against AIDS, it is important to maintain a struggle to prevent this condition, and urge young people to protect themselves during sexual intercourse.

The health sector unveiled various medical bodies provide preventive and curative care and has reduced the impact by more which than 60%.

No doubt, AIDS cannot be cured, but it is possible to prevent it. It is important to not lower our guard and keep protective measures are required to prevent contagion.

The day of prevention was carried out as part of the commemorative activities of this world day, and medical staff from the health jurisdiction number two led various modules of attention for people living in the overcrowded and promiscuous the North zone of the city.

Tijuana, BC – The crisis caused by a lack of gasoline for State Ministerial police vehicles deepens day by day, and one of the most dramatic moments was when police failed to arrest a man who murdered a ten year old boy and caused serious wounds to his sister, 16, confirmed sources of the Attorney General of Justice of the State.

The problem is they cannot perform any activities because the public prosecutors office cannot travel due to their lack of fuel. It is of such a magnitude, that it has paralyzed thirty vehicles of the unit.

"It's an open secret" that no diligence has been made to collect evidence at crime scenes because of the lack of resources to mobilize vehicles of the Attorney General of Justice of Baja California. On Monday, when agents received notification of the minor’s crime, and when the murderer had already been located, they "could go to get him".
