Smoking or Non?
Wow! That was the best 64 posts I have ever read. It was a fun read. On a side note...has anybody been to Kansas City BBQ Downtown since they have been back up and running after the fire a couple years ago?— June 23, 2009 9:13 p.m.
Curried Pea Soup
I have never made pea soup at home...But I am going to do this recipe. It sounds good. The lettuce part is the part that catches my attention. I love lettuce soup on its own. Together will be good I am sure of it.— May 23, 2009 11:32 p.m.
Rockin' Baja Lobster — Gaslamp
I enjoy going to Rockin' Baja before Padres games. So I am mainly reviewing HappyHour. I've been there a few times now and always (with or without a friend) found a seat at the bar. When the weather is really nice I like sitting outside. That way I can people watch as well as having few brews before the game. They don't brew their own brews but they do have about 7 beers on tap and a big selection of bottled beers as well as a full bar. My friend always gets a Long Island...I just get beer. The bartenders/wait staff are really nice and they know their menu well. I like to get the $2.00 tacos that they offer outside. You get three choices beef, carnitas, and chicken. The music isn't too loud, the croud is mixed and the prices are cheap. I'll be there next weekend when the Pads' are back in town. Se you there.— April 29, 2009 9:08 p.m.
