Saved from Fire
Smoking is bad for you. I can see that now. I wish I can find something to help me stop smoking. I hope that woman is okay.— December 2, 2009 3:03 p.m.
Of Ball and Bus
I search your entire site for Charger article updates for November 29 and didn't find any. Maybe you can go to the games, Noah, and send in a report after the game. It seems like SDReader doesn't have an up to date sport writer!— November 30, 2009 8:38 a.m.
Of Ball and Bus
Another win by the Chargers makes my day! Hope they have a chance at the SuperBowl this season.— November 30, 2009 8:32 a.m.
Inconvenient Death
San Diego County shouldn't become like L.A. and I think that we need to act on the areas that prevent that. I vote for more "green" transportation. I like the idea of MoveSanDiego.org of dedicated bike lanes and busways like the model in Australia. This coming semester I hope to volunteer more in getting more funding for mass transportation that is "cool and fast" so it becomes better to ride instead of drive. I hope to get a bike as well since San Diego has normally pretty sunny weather.— November 30, 2009 8:29 a.m.
Tents Aplenty
I'm glad the homeless are getting more housing. It seems San Diego County is becoming an area with a range of people who have low income and those with high income. Hopefully more people help reduce the income gap! That's why us students need more classes and opportunities instead of getting budget reductions and higher student fees.— November 30, 2009 8:23 a.m.
Bad Potluck
Gees! It seems that this Thanksgiving Day was a day for fires. I heard about another fire in Mission Valley along the river bed. I'm glad it didn't get to be bad like the wildfires in 2003 and 2007.— November 30, 2009 8:20 a.m.
Chased?
Thanks for the $25 on your stories Noah! I found no other writer who is willing to share their "mollah" with the people who give them story leads. Keep up the good work and I'm sorry that you were not able to help the lady on the freeway. I'm looking for a follow up story on who she was. I feel sorry for her family.— November 30, 2009 8:16 a.m.
His Finger for a Gun
Cool art picture. These robbers are getting desperate in having to use their "hands" in place of a gun. I guess they couldn't even afford a Saturday night special.— November 30, 2009 8:11 a.m.
Prayer for No Rain
Cuyamaca College is doing a lot of construction work on the campus. Try to get a job there.— November 23, 2009 8:58 a.m.
Of Ball and Bus
Well, the Chargers won again. Did they close down the streets?— November 23, 2009 8:56 a.m.
