Advanced Chocolate Making Class

Age limit: All ages
This class will teach you the basics of chocolate making. We will learn how to temper chocolate, use professional chocolate molds. make your own ganache using exotic ingredients, piping, and finally decorating and sealing our creations. This class is about 2 hrs. Please wear comfortable close toed shoes. We will provide aprons.
