The menu is light enough to guarantee room for both desserts, Passion Fruit Cheesecake and Warm Chocolate Mousse Cake.
First: Red Snapper Crudo: Marinated Chilies, Grapefruit, Aleppo Pepper, Avocado, Radish or Spinach and Arugula Salad: Roasted Beets, Hazelnuts, Rye Crouton, Horseradish Vinaigrette.
Second: Pistachio Crusted Diver Scallops: Vanilla Parsnip Puree, Salsify, Confit Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula or Filet au Poivre: White Cheddar au Gratin, Smoked Chanterelles, Grilled Asparagus, Hollandaise or Pan Seared True Cod: Caramelized Brussels, Little Neck Clams, Fingerling Potatoes, Chorizo-Lime Broth.
